No, not at all. All of our storage units for rent are month-to-month rentals
which gives you the most flexibility without a long-term commitment.
Since our rentals are month-to-month, if you ever need a larger or smaller unit you can request to transfer to different unit. You’re never locked into a unit size. Just call us and we can help you transfer.
It’s important to protect your stored items. We offer a protection program just for that.

Certainly. Because we offer affordable storage we have a number of businesses that store with us.

We use many state of the art security cameras, bright LED lighting, barbed wire fencing surrounding the facility, one way in/out with a gated entry, individually coded gate access as well as a manager on the property at various times.

renting the secure storage unit will need to be the signer on the lease.

Yes, we are right on the hwy just outside of Portsmouth, Ohio. We are just 10 minutes north of Portsmouth so when you’re coming into town or leaving town, our storage lockers will be right on your way.

Yes, as long as the storage units you want are available, you can rent as many units as you would like.
Yes, you may prepay for your unit for up to 12 months at one time.
This will allow you to lock in your rental rate in advance for the entire prepay period.
All storage rentals are month-to-month but you can continue to rent your storage
unit for as long as you need. We have some customers who have been with us for years.
You are welcome to stay for as long as you need.
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit.
You’ll want to choose a lock that has a high security rating.
Our storage facility has a state of the art electronic gate with keypad access.
You will have your own individual code to access the facility. If you lose your code,
you can contact our live agents to receive an updated code.
